First Finished Major Page!

OK, technically, it's not finished. I "finished" blog.html, but I will still need to update it every time I post a blog update (like this one). This template will be used for the other primary sections: (Code, Solidworks, and Main). Misc. will be handled entirely differently, and I'm not sure yet how it will look. This means that it won't be long until real content starts flowing!
